1. Eligibility

2. Waitlist and communications
By joining the waitlist, you agree we may contact you at the email address you provide about Budtra, including product updates, launch announcements, and onboarding instructions.
You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link (if provided) or by contacting us. Some messages may be transactional or service-related and may not be optional (for example, confirming a request).
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
